Yes. There is no curb or stairway at MGM Northfield Park that is not handicapped accessible. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may request one from Valet at the Main Entrance or go to the nearest security podium (located at all entrances). We will be happy to provide you with one to make your visit with us at MGM Northfield Park comfortable and enjoyable!

Most everyday clothing (i.e jeans, shirts, etc.) would be considered "proper attire" for MGM Northfield Park.

What would fall under the category as "Inappropriate attire" would be: sagging pants, oversized articles of clothing, hoodies, non-prescription shaded eye-wear, or articles that disguise and/or hide your identity in any way. Also not permitted is any clothing with insignias commonly associated with gang activity, derogatory and/or offensive slogans.

No, we do not allow semi tractor trailers to park in the MGM Northfield Park Race Track parking lot. Violators of this policy may be subject to fines and towing at the expense of the owner/operator of the semi tractor trailer.

Santmyer Oil is our gas provider. They are a Northeast Ohio family business that has been in operation since 1952. They provide fuel for a number of large gas stations such as GetGo, Costco, Speedway and more.

Anyone at the MGM Rewards kiosk can direct you to the location of your favorite games on the floor.

While we would welcome the opportunity to offer a larger array of gaming options such as table games, Poker, and Blackjack, electronically or otherwise, the Ohio Lottery Commission has yet to authorize these games and as such we cannot offer these games at this time. We encourage you to contact the Governor's office at (614)466-3555 and/or the Ohio Lottery Commission at (216)774-5900 if you would like to request that these types of games be offered here at MGM Northfield Park.

MGM Northfield Park features a great variety of acts from many genres and for many musical tastes. As a result the situations for Meet & Greets are different for every show and are often contingent upon the act that is participating in them. Members of the MGM Northfield Park staff often identify the VIP guests that qualify for these once in a lifetime experiences, however on occasion M&G's are given to ticket holders through contests or as determined by staff the night of the show. If you really want to meet someone it's always a good idea to check with the Fan Club of the artist or act you are going to see as they often have meet and greets available through their website as well.

Cell phone cameras are allowed. However, our venue policy does not allow professional cameras, or cell phones/cameras with a detachable lens. Depending on artist request, there may be a strict no photo/video policy. Artist requests vary from show to show, so we ask that you please prepare for the possibility that you may not be allowed to bring your camera or recording device into the concert venue.

Yes. Upon exiting the show, an usher will scan your ticket out. Your ticket will be scanned again upon re-entry.

No, tickets may not be purchased over the phone. Tickets can only be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com or at the Box Office. The Box Office is open three hours prior to doors only on show days.

South Entrance

Center Stage is equipped with a full bar that also serves concessions such as hot dogs and soft pretzels. We have many restaurants on property, and we encourage you to come early and enjoy a great meal prior to a show. Concerto and The Roasted Bean have to-go options that are allowed into shows at The Neon Room.

Yes. There’s a $7.00 fee per ticket purchased in person at the Box Office. However, there are NO Ticketmaster service fees if you purchase at the Box Office.

You will need a valid photo ID. If you purchased the tickets through Ticketmaster.com, please also bring the credit card used to purchase. Will call opens at the box office, which opens at 1PM on the day of show. If you are a player and a Host has reserved tickets for you, you will need a valid photo ID and your MGM Rewards Card.

It’s best to contact Security in advance if you have any questions about what is or isn’t allowed on-property or in the venue during a show. Please call 330-908-7625.

When you enter the venue, please have your ticket or mobile ticket ready. If it is not ready, you will be asked to step to the side or go to the Box Office for assistance. If you are unable to access your ticket and it was purchased through Live Nation, Groupon, or Ticketmaster, the Box Office will be able to print out your tickets for you with your photo ID.

We recommend adding your mobile ticket(s) to your Passbook or mobile wallet BEFORE you arrive as this will save time and you will not have to use the internet to access your tickets. Like any crowded area, wifi connections can slow down when everyone is trying to connect at once, so be prepared and don’t hold up the line.

Security will check bags as you enter. ALL GUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO METAL DETECTION AND/OR WANDING UPON ENTRY.

All vegetables on the salad bar are gluten free and the buffet also has olive oil and vinegar for dressing (composed salads and dressings are NOT gluten free). Items on the carving board are gluten free as well as the vegetable of the day, green peas, chili, wild rice, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and Shepherd's pie. The buffet chefs could also grill chicken or pork chops without sauce if requested. Dessert options would be limited to jello, fruit, and certain ice cream.

The scanners are programmed to randomly select a certain percentage of the audience. (MGM Northfield Park researched many companies and products to find the most state-of-the-art equipment. We have tested and re-tested the equipment for accuracy.)
